Regular Staff Meetings: Collaboration and Support

PERC staff members regularly meet to discuss ongoing efforts, challenges, and issues related to various projects managed by PERC. These meetings are held both in person and online, accommodating team members who attended virtually while working from home following their maternity leave. PERC’s flexible work arrangement allows new mothers to work from home for an additional three months after completing standard maternity leave, supporting employees’ work-life balance during the critical postpartum period.
