Aadarsha Paudel, originally from Kushma, Parbat, is a public health graduate from the School of Health and Allied Sciences, Pokhara University. Aadarsha has previously been involved in several initiatives, including promoting youth leadership, raising awareness on sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHR), and advocating for rights-based education for young people.

At PERC, Aadarsha contributed to several research initiatives related to mental health and gender-based violence. Her responsibilities included reviewing and understanding research tools, developing data collection instruments, supporting the creation of study protocols, managing data, and learning about data analysis. These tasks allowed her to apply her academic knowledge in practical, real-world settings.

Outside of her work, Ms. Paudel enjoys hiking, traveling, and listening to music.

She successfully completed her internship with PERC between March and June 2025.
