Dharmendra Rokaha is a bisexual advocate with over a decade of experience working in the field of sexual and gender minority rights. Since 2012, he has served various roles focused on community support, awareness, and inclusion.

At PERC, Dhamendra is currently working as peer advocate under SAATHI program in Makwanpur district. Dhamendra enjoys discovering new places and has a strong interest in learning and personal growth.
