Ms. Indira Neupane is a human rights activist with over a decade of experience working for the rights of sexual and gender minority communities. She holds academic qualifications in +2 and Auxiliary Nurse Midwife (ANM). In addition to her activism, she has worked for six years as a radio jockey in local media, using her platform to advocate for social justice.

At PERC, Ms. Neupane is currently working as peer advocate under SAATHI program in Makwanpur district. Indira is also passionate about traveling and discovering new places.
