Mr. Kushal Soti is a dedicated public health professional with a Diploma in Health Assistance from CTEVT and a bachelor’s degree in public health from Purbanchal University, Morang.

With clinical experience as a Health Assistant, he played an active role in the COVID-19 response through the Sahavagi Organization under the EpiC Nepal project. He later worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Associate at the Human Conscious Society, contributing to HIV prevention and care programs.

At PERC, Mr. Soti is presently serving as a Field Researcher for the SAATHI program in the Chitwan district. Outside of work, Kushal enjoys socializing, learning new skills, and is deeply committed to his professional growth.
