Mr. Manindra Sthapit is a dedicated Information and Communication Technology (ICT) professional with a passion for leveraging technology to drive innovation, improve governance, and create meaningful societal impact. With a strong academic foundation and extensive experience in ICT and e-governance, he has consistently contributed to high-impact projects in both private and public sectors.
Mr. Sthapit holds a Master of Science in Engineering and Management of Information Systems from Kungliga Tekniska Högskolan (KTH), Sweden. His time at KTH enabled him to deepen his expertise in computer science and information technology, equipping him with the skills to design and implement robust technological solutions for complex challenges.
His career highlights include key roles such as:

• Serving as an E-Governance cum Reporting Expert with the Ministry of Federal Affairs and General Administration (MoFAGA) through the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP).
• Contributing to the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Supplies (MoICS) as a MIS Officer, focusing on national-level data management, analysis, and stakeholder engagement.

As one of the founding members of PERC, Mr. Sthapit advises the PERC team on ICT and e-governance strategies. He actively promotes the use of free and open-source software, such as DHIS2, to support several ongoing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective and sustainable technological solutions for PERC’s efforts.
