Pankaj kumar Sah, from Gaushala Mahottari, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and is also a trained Health Assistant. He has worked with the Terai Dalit Upliftment Center as a community Mobilizer. Pankaj is a committed advocate for the rights of LGBTIQA+ individuals and continues to work toward equity and inclusion in public health and social justice.

At PERC, Mr. Sah is currently working as a field researcher under SAATHI program in Parsa district.
