Punardatt Yadav has completed his School Leaving Certificate (SLC) and brings over seven years of experience working as a Community-Based Supporter for the LGBTIQA+ community. Throughout his career, Punardatt has actively raised awareness about the rights and health of sexual and gender minorities.

At PERC, Punardatt is currently working as peer advocate under SAATHI program in Sarlahi district. During leisure time, Punardatt enjoys traveling, listening to music, and dancing, activities that help him relax and express his creativity.
