Mr. Rojan Pariyar (He/Him) is a young Dalit transgender activist from Khotang, Nepal, dedicated to advocating for the rights and dignity of marginalized communities. Rojan was a lead organizer of Nepal’s first Dalit Queer Pride and served as a Queer Ambassador for the Gehendra Dhimal Foundation.

He represented Nepal at Trans Advocacy Week 2025 in Geneva and was selected for the Amplify Trans Advocacy Fellowship in Bangkok. His work bridges grassroots organizing and international advocacy, with a strong focus on caste, gender identity, and mental health.

At PERC, Mr. Pariyar is currently working as peer advocate under SAATHI program in Chitwan district. Rojan is also a writer who channels his activism through poems, ghazals, and articles to raise awareness and challenge injustice.
