Mr. Suman Chandra Raut holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Studies from Shanker Dev Campus, Kathmandu. He is an active advocate for LGBTIQA+ and human rights, with a strong passion for sustainable development, gender justice, and mental health.

At PERC, Mr. Raut is currently working as peer advocate under SAATHI program in Kathmandu district.
