Mr. Uttam Thapa is a committed advocate and member of the sexual and gender minority community with over six years of experience supporting HIV prevention, treatment, and care under the EpiC Project at Human Conscious Society in Chitwan.

He has also played a key role in grassroots human rights advocacy, serving as a Rainbow Youth Leader with the Blue Diamond Society and the Right Here Right Now program. At PERC, Uttam continues his public health and advocacy efforts as a Peer Advocate under the SAATHI program in Chitwan district.
