Mitigating the Health Impacts of Climate Change

The latest Lancet Countdown on health and climate change highlights the urgent need for climate action as global temperatures approach critical limits. Climatic extremes disproportionately affect low- and middle-income countries, including Nepal, impacting health and livelihoods. PERC Nepal designs and develops initiatives to mitigate climate change's health impacts, collaborating with affected communities to create long-term solutions. Our work contributes to a deeper understanding of climate-related health challenges and supports effective intervention and adaptation strategies.
